Established for more than 25 years, WRP are designers and makers of bespoke furniture and joinery of the highest quality. Our workshop is in Newport, Saffron Walden in Essex (See map) but we have customers across the UK. Our facilities include the latest machinery and CAD technology. However we also use traditional hand-finishing methods to help maintain a very high attention to detail.

We are a joinery company with traditions in boat building. We believe that to be an artisan, the art must show and the commissioned piece is special to us as well as yourselves. We can offer many choices of timber; oak, mahogany, walnut and maple are but a few that are worked. They can also be laid as veneers in rift, crown, rotary and burr to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the piece, either contemporary or classical.

All our work is sprayed finished with seven coats of paint in our paint shop prior to installation and further painted if necessary after installation. Eggshell or satanwood is normally used however we can also do a high laquered finish in any colour you choose. We can also match any colour. Our lead time is normally within 4 weeks from when a final design is agreed.
