About the Business
With many years of experience I pride myself on a friendly and personal service. I understand that it can be quite a daunting task to allow a tradesman into your home to start work on even the smallest of jobs. My aim is to arrange a visit and have a look at exactly what you would like to be done, give sensible and honest advice and have a two way conversation about the work rather than the stereotype of the tradesman telling you what needs to be done and that's the end of it! I will start work on the pricing as soon as possible and aim to have a fair priced, detailed quotation with you within a few days. Quotations are completely free, however I would ask that you only enquire about work that you are seriously thinking about having done, as this tends to take up a lot of my own time.
Please feel free to ask for references, I think that this is a great way to get an understanding of the tradesman before you agree to go ahead.
